After receiving my ring and looking at it for a couple of days (how could I not, it was beautiful) I just couldn't see past the small flaws in a few of the diamonds. I am very picky so I emailed pompeii3 and asked about diamond upgrades. For a VERY low cost, they replaced and upgraded all 45 diamonds in my ring and I couldn't be happier. I can't stop staring at my ring now! It's beautiful and, boy, does it sparkle!
I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Pompeii3. It took not time at all to make and ship out my ring the first time. Their customer service was amazing, and the diamond upgrade process was quick and simple as well.
