Alberto is top notch and helped me out through the whole process as I was skeptical to buying online. I upgraded the color and clarity and when I received the ring I could not be more pleased. She and I both freaked out! WOW is all I can say. Being the person I am I did have it looked at and appraised and everything came back as what was stated on the appraisal from Amcor. I will buy from them again and again and would refer anyone to buy from them. I am well beyond pleased.
